We are now looking for professional and competent candidates for the position of Marketing Director (Retail Business Unit) at ICONSIAM

Set direction for the department and implement strategic promotion campaign, PR, Advertising, Communication Plan an CRM Plan for retail stores in any format under the company by working closely with Supremo Co.,Ltd. so as to achieve company's financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction, overall image and productivity performance measures for the company.

• Responsible for the opportunities to expand and develop new business and new channels,
• Achieve the company's sales and objectives through monitoring trends within the market segment; developing strategies to grow the market share of all categories; and to plan strategies to counter competition.
• Develop, implement and monitor all the marketing and promotional campaigns and festive programs through effective communication of the promotional details to appropriate members so that the strategies are executed smoothly and bring excitement and incremental sales to the stores. Ensure each marketing campaign, event and sales promotion are implemented successfully and efficiently to meet across all operational areas.
• Manage all the marketing expenses within the budget given and use it effectively.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Operation team and Business Control & Development team to ensure the needs of customers and sales results are met effectively and efficiently in terms of ticket count and ticket value.
• Build and maintain the relationship with strategic partners, clients, sponsors to explore the new business opportunities and effectively execute the plan.
• Develop high performance teamwork with Supremo Co.,Ltd.
• Plan for the yearly marketing plan and budget.
• Other related assignments.

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing or related filed.
• At least 10 years experiences in Marketing, CRM and Marketing Promotion
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point
• Interpersonal skill
• Result oriented
• Possess strong leadership and team management
