Be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store in order to achieve the highest sales targets, whilst ensuring an efficient and cooperative working environment, excellent customer service, consistent store standards, minimal costs, optimum productivity and tightly inventory control.

• Manages the overall day-to-day store operations to meet the efficiency & effectiveness.
• Manages and drives store team to achieve the sales and profit performance/targets.
• Monitors overall performance of stores to identify problems and generate solutions.
• Directs the execution of marketing campaign and promotion program.
• Works closely with internal team i.e. Sales, Buyers, Merchandiser and Visual Merchandising team to identify sales and profit potential.
• Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Provides excellent customer service at all levels by coaching and mentoring staffs.
• Handles and responses to customer complaints and comments.
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions regarding stock control.
• Recruits, selects, develops and supervises staffs to maximize sales and profit performance.
• Regularly visits relevant competitors to maintain awareness of store performance and market trends.

• Age 35 years up
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration,Marketing or related field
• At least 10 years of retail store management experience in retail Business / Department Store is preferable.
• Good command of English and computer literacy
