Thailand Management Association (TMA) is a professional body of executives and managers dedicated to promoting management excellence of the Thai organizations, based in Bangkok.

We are hiring Learning & Development Specialist to develop course content. Your focus is to provide, manage and continuously develop programs as course content designer.

• Responsible for training requirement analysis and improvement.
• Design development programs/ projects and training to be in line with organization's goals, purpose of projects and target groups based on principles and theories related to learning process.
• Implement practical evaluation/monitoring developments.

• Minimum 3- year experience in learning and development or closely related experience, preferably in Adult Learning.
• Male/Female, with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Adult Learning or related field
• Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
• Interpersonal abilities: build and manage relationship (co-workers, partners and customer)
• Pleasant personality, able to multitask and work under pressure
