Test Engineer/ Senior Test Engineer
ที่ยูแทคไทย จำกัด- Monitoring and Control pre-test inventory and test output of the product based on test CM (IR capacity commitment inventory level and with maximum production efficiency and effectiveness).
- Consolidate all expedite request from planner for test production team execution and follow up lot moment to skip date.
- Coordinate among planner and test production team for priority and keep monitoring WIP movement.
- Report and communicate with concerned party planner and assembly team to balance turnkey/test only product loading and assembly WIP supply to test to avoid high inventory at test and/or test machine idle.
- Communicate daily with related planner to inform significant test operation issues, the possible misses ship out date, status on critical devices/urgent lot/ hot lots/line down device situation and work with test production team for the accurate completion date of the lot.
- Bring issues and problem to the attention of the team Production/ Engineer/ Equipment/ Hardware to help solving the problem and monitoring WIP movement.
- Work with IE and Test production team for the accurate test capacity update which resulted from actual testing performance.
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Industrial Management
- At least 5 years' experienced in Semiconductor or familiar in electronic factory
- Leadership (Sr / Manager Level)
- Able to work under pressure and limited time
- Good command of English in order to respond to customer requirements and planning
- Analytical and systematic thinking as well as initiative of problematic solving
- Proficiency in MS excel, Power Point
- Experienced in test capacity process, Knowledge of Test Flow, Hardware/Software or related in Planing Function
