Process Engineer
ที่ยูแทคไทย จำกัด- Drive process schemes to continuously improve yields and to reduce cycle-time & costs
- Support daily operation to evaluate processes to meet customer requirements and develop standard equipment operating flow
- Problem solving and solution providing & fan-out deployment
- Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions
- Quality driving for effectiveness implementation & quality awareness
- Ensure project effectiveness to be as planned and meet with customer expectations
- Manage and drive timely closure of customers' issues
- Work to resolve problems including oversight of the initiation and closure of root cause and corrective/preventative actions
- Review failure analysis results and 8D thoroughness to ensure they fully capture information required for accurate responses to customer returns
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2-7 years' working experiences in IC or electronics manufacturing as Engineer
- Knowledge and practical skills for IC assembly, Wire bond, electrical test and project management
- Strong problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPD, Why-why analysis, DOE, FMEA, APQP, etc.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- TOEIC score at least 500
