• Utilizes standardized operating procedures to maintain existing business and implement solutions with new customers.
• Collaborates with carriers or vendors to implement new business, maintain existing business and manage service expectations.
• Dispatches information to carriers or vendors to schedule freight movement.
• Provides timely information to customers to convey updates and operational activities.
• Compiles operational documentation to ensure compliance with existing processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors service levels to ensure carriers or vendors meet service requirements and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Develops customer relationships to ensure service satisfaction and expand business relationship.
• Collaborates with customers and vendors to maintain relationships and meet profitability objectives.
• Resolves transportation issues to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer expectations.
• Collaborates with vendors and cross-functions to resolve service issues or inconsistencies.
• Monitors and updates customer profiles to ensure customer needs are documented.
• Assists in Ocean Freight Supervisor as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management or related field
• 2-4 years working experience in service-related industry
• Freight forwarding operations knowledge is a plus.
• Computer Literacy for MS Word, MS Excel
• Good command of English in written and verbal communication
• Team player and able to work under pressure
• Detailed and result oriented
• Be proactive and friendly willingness to help
• Able to work at UPS Head Office during 8:30 - 18:00 (Mon - Fri), UM Tower, Airport link Ramkamhaeng
