Your team
You will lead the sales function and are responsible for a large medical field team. you will direct to the P&G Healthcare General Manager
How success looks like
Revenue and Sales Budget - create sales strategy & plan to achieve sales target, while managing trade spend, promotional planning, and value creation with our distributor.
Employee growth - Mentor and lead sales function across OTC and Rx channel to ensure attrition at
Leadership - Lead the PHC business with distributor partner via annual JBP and Quarterly engagements to achieve sales targets.
Field Management - Lead the medical field sales team sales and capability plan
Sales Administration - Lead stewardship and sales incentive programs across the sales function.
Responsibilities of the role
- Ensures achievement of all TH-PHC business objectives within his/her sales line in both OTC and RX including financial objectives in terms of value and quantity.
- Work with distributor partner on sales forecast, promotional calendar, and selling plans for within sales line to achieve sales objectives.
- Mentor and manager direct reports to achieve objectives.
- Supervises and evaluates activities across the sales team by providing mentorship, mentor, feedback, and training.
- Responsible for the execution of all marketing and sales activities nationwide, via key account managers and distributors.
Role Requirements
- University Degree (or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in chain pharmacy, specifically in Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Sales Management in the Pharmaceutical industry (Rx and OTC channel)
- Leadership experience within sales (either Field or Key Accounts)
- Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
- Have strong analytical thinking and skills
- Proficient in English and Thai
- Thai Nationality
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to relocate as your assignment could require
