Market planner role owns delivering forecast accuracy to the commercial planning. This works as a starting point of supply chain planning. As well as being the face of the supply chain to the commercial team.

The Market Initiative Leader role owns delivering Market supply chain network operation (SNO) readiness and Market multifunctional program management for new product initiatives & promotions. These individuals are the primary market commercial team contacts who partner with the PSC Initiative Operations Leaders for each category and/or customization operations.

Your team
You will be in the market planner team and working with a multi-function team. You will report to the supply chain director.

How success looks like

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed quarterly. Your manager would provide full-support through continuous mentoring and coaching.

Responsibilities of the role
1. Deliver Forecast accuracy

• Gather local market intelligence from the market, and input from a regional category on future initiatives
• Influence and maintain Key Forecast Changes (KFC's) and Risks & Opportunity for the COT (Customer Operations Team)
• Provide consulting to the COT team on customer events and influence COT team members to optimize marketing plans

Deliver Market SNO Readiness within agreed timings

• Input to PIPO Strategy Definition and Execution: Include in the plan derived from but not limited to: Inventory at Launch, Initiative Safety Stock Parameters, Forecast Strategy, AIM input, and Pipeline Fill.
• Order Management Readiness: Ensure First-Order-Date is fully aligned from the RBU to the Field CBD Teams and SNO data is ready on-time and on-quality for Sales Area Activation of the Finished Product Code.
• Establish and Maintain CPS for Market Readiness: Work with IOL to ensure specific Market SNO CPS is built into main CPS of the Initiative and follow up Market actions as part of the total CPS from an SNO point of view as well as flags any risk in the CPS.

Process support to Commercial Leader

• Support Commercial Leader to ensure that a market initiative delivery is established and act as the gatekeeper for market initiative CPS and flag risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering fields or supply chain-related with an excellent academic background
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in the Demand planning, project management or logistic or supply chain is a plus
• Must have proven success from school or work experience of leadership and analytical thinking skills
• Curious individuals can make sophisticated decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
• Strong in communication and project management
• Proficient in English and Thai
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
