Job Description – Trade Marketing Executive (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés):
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality on all matters relating to the "Company" plus all other internal matters of the Sales & Marketing
- Act as the "Face & Ears" of the Company and provide full professional assistance to all our customers, clients and consumers - preparation of sales & marketing plans, implementation of sales & marketing plans, evaluate the performance of all our sales & marketing initiatives, formula constructive feedback in order to generate and promote learning and growth for the entire team
- Plan weekly schedule and visit assigned accounts
- Update, monitor and manage the assigned accounts by knowing accurately the product mix used, frequency and identify any potential for organic growth
- Present oneself in professional dress during business working hours and when visiting assigned accounts plus potential accounts
- Assist customers by providing sound, accurate and honest information on the company's products
- When visiting assigned accounts, ensure that the company's products are in presentable condition and good working condition – any discrepancies should be addressed urgently
- Achieve the sales plan as per sales & marketing plan with agreed committed resources of the Company with the mindset of sustainable profitability
- Develop and grow the business to ensure long term sustainability by adapting our portfolio to the surrounding business environment
- Prepare sales reports with information on the company's products and off-take of the company's products at the assigned accounts
- Provide support to other team members, as needed
- Liaise with other team members for necessary follow up on queries/deadlines/requests and special functions instigated by the Trade Marketing Manager or at times from the Directors of the Company
- Coordinate with assigned accounts' outlets, purchasing, storeroom plus management in executing efficient delivery of the company's products to the assigned accounts
- Build a good, solid and respectful professional relationship plus rapport with the assigned accounts
- Coordinate with finance, logistic and warehouse to optimize supply chain management without compromising on quality of delivery, customer service and payment collection
- Maintain an efficient filing and trace system within the sales team for all matters related to accounts management
- Anticipate customer's needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other team members
- Align working practices and conduct with Company Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Trade Marketing Manager and other Management
- Assist in promotions, events and if required trips to other provinces in Thailand
- Should a situation arises with no existing recovery plan and/or reference of any Standard Operating Procedures, please bring forward the issues in question with the Trade Marketing Manager and the Company's Assistant Trade Marketing Manager. In his absence, the next person in line would be the Director of Business Development or any Directors of the Company
- Report directly to Trade Marketing Manager in Bangkok
- Team members: a. Technical team in Bangkok b. Warehouse team in Bangkok c. Operations team in Bangkok d. Marketing team in Bangkok e. Finance team in Bangkok
SALES COORDINATOR [PHUKET : Office work hours 8:30 am – 6:00 pm]
- The persons key role will be to support the sales team in achieving targets and operate with management and customers to fulfill business requirements.
- Provide support for the Sales Team and the Technical Service Team
- Ensure Customers Satisfaction (Eg. Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders, handle complaints, etc..)
- Coordinating between inter-departments and also with customers and external agencies to make sure sales orders are processed effectively and efficiently.
- Processing, Documentation, Tracking, Checking, Filing, and Reporting
- Back Ground in Technical sales (Machinery and Industrial goods/parts) is a plus and will be given priority consideration
- Occasional customer visits when necessary
- Help Assist the head of the company on his day-to-day work (including but not limited to scheduling trips (Domestic and International)
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales for Modern Trade OR HORECA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an outgoing personality
- Is well organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English
- Good computer skills.
- Driving license and your own car
- Salary is dependent on your experience
- Experiences in corporate sales will be a good bonus.
- Experiences in consumer sales will be an advantage
