Thisincludes preparation of submission customer technical presentation document,provision of ITC and services estimate hours & ODC, subcontractor scope andTechnical Requirement Document (TRD) according to each project specificrequirements and benchmarks each solution with previous bids.Key responsibilities Prepare and update Installation, Test and Commissioningand Services bids documents in accordance to the required specification. 30 % Provide ITC and Warranty and Services estimates for eachbidding project for hours and ODC needed. Able to identify the activities inInstallation, Testing and Commissioning stages and the number of resourcesneeded. Provide an estimate of ODC and running cost throughout the ITC phase.Support project scheduler to review the ITC schedules 30 % Follow up with procurement and contracts for thecommercial terms and conditions with subcon, Establish different OptifloService modules and develop price models, Follow up with bid and finance on theestimates for offering to customers and To provide support during clarificationstage for any Q&A related to ITC & Services. 10 % Prepare subcontractor scope of work, Request forQuotation, Technical Requirement Document and liaison with subcontractorsduring the bid phase to obtain the optimal cost 30 %QualificationsEducation Bachelors Degree inEngineering or Science Further education inpersonnel and business management is desirableRelevant experience required 2 5 years involvement intender or bid preparation specifically in project costing or pricing forproject bid / project tender / project proposal Relevant industry experience:- Ideally inrailway signaling industry or Electrical & Mechanical or telecommunicationindustry.- The Railwayoperational and maintenance environment is desirable- Understanding andinterest in RAM statistics and Life cycle costing (LCC) is desirable Good communication skills to interface with the bid, procurement,marketing teams and interact with the customer Good written andspoken English is required Good communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS OfficeMust be willing to work in Bangkok Minimal travelling to siteofficeAboutBombardier TransportationBombardierTransportation is a global mobility solution provider leading the way with therail industrys broadest portfolio.
