Job Description
- Lead development teams consist of 1 to 7 members.
- Develop software ,deploy and run software products to meet customer expectation, business requirement, and team’s way of work.
- Lead team to perform a good design in microservice and API.
- Prepare design document such as API specification ,Prototype, solution architecture
- Manage task and plan to deliver as commitment.
- Serve as technical focal point to assess the risk and success probability for proposed solutions
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to all related development activities and deliverables
- Collaborate across functional team and business to deliver effective technology solution and solve technical debt and production trouble
- Work closely with the Product owner and software engineer team to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver to end users.
- Coaching team member to develop their skill.
- Minimum 5 - 10 Years of experience in Software Development. Experienced in Retail Business and/or lead team will be advantages.
- Strong understanding and working experience of enterprise/complex web technology and best development practices
- Very strong understanding and experience working in Agile/DevOps/Continuous integration/Kubernetes and deployment based development culture
- Very strong understanding and experience working in Microservice and design follow the design pattern
- Very strong understanding and experience working in API development such as RestFul, GraphQL
- Extensive knowledge and experience with at least one modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Go, Kotlin or Python
- Extensive skill in at least one modern front-end technology such as ReactJS, AngularJS or VueJS,
- Extensive knowledge and experience in database technology and system such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,Oracle,Redis,MonggoDB
