• Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30
• Monthly Salary 18-21K (Basic Salary) [+ Food & Transportation 3.80K (After passing probation period) ] → 22-24K (Approximately) pro 3 months
• Bonus 3-4 Months

• Processing incoming orders, coordinate shipments and handling incoming call from customers.
• Arrange delivery schedule to customer.
• Follow up monthly forecast from customers
• Make the monthly inventory report and control stock balance.
• Billing and follow up payment from customer.
• Arrange quotation to customers.
• Follow up the updated information and coordinate between customers and suppliers.
• Visit customer to update market information and make a good relationship
• Coordinate with the concerned party when needed any support, e.g. NG part, Color problem, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers both oversea and domestic
• Others as assigned by superior.

• Male / Female
• Age 25 - 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Experience 2-3 years in Sales Coordinator, trading, Export-Import, Logistic, etc. (in Automotive field would be advantaged)
• Able to communicate in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Proficiency in MS.Office (having skill in formula: pivot, v-look up, etc., would be advantaged)
• On time, no late, good health, honest, and much responsible of work
