• Support Thai Sales manager & Japanese boss in any related issue
• Maintain good relationship with existing (& new) customers & suppliers, and also visit them from time to time when required
• Handle both Sales & Sales Coordinating job functions
• Deal with customers, suppliers, logistics company, etc.
• Make Sales report, quotations, PO's, invoices & other related documents
• Manage order processing & order lead time
• Check stock, and control stock balance
• Adjust delivery to meet customer requirement
• Solve any problem for customers & suppliers
• Other duties as assigned by Thai Sales manager & Japanese boss

• Male Age 30-35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry or other related fields
• Experience 5 years up in Sales or Sales Coordination in any Japanese companies.
• Knowledgeable with Import-Export
• Good command in English
• Proficiency in MS.Office
