Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Human Capital Business Partner or Hiring Manager to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Develop and release job postings on company job boards and social media platforms
• Screen internal and external applications, conduct phone interview and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in company database
• Manage recruitment projects and events as assigned i.e. Internship program, Job fair, Roadshow, Open House, On boarding, etc.

Qualifications:

• Degree(s) in Human Resources or other related fields
• 3+ years proven experience in recruitment, project management and human resources
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a can-do attitude
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, job boards, database management, and internet search
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
