Learning Delivery Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:-
THAI BEVERAGE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED
- Analyze and assess information/data (both quantitative and qualitative) and the external environment to be the source for learning & development strategy formulation
- Design and develop learning & development process, tools and templates as required
- In collaboration of related team, design, develop and roll-out the learning and development projects and programs taking into consideration appropriate delivery channel (70/20/10 principle) i.e. Competency Development, Management & Executive Development, Onboarding Program, Knowledge Management etc.
- Lead and manage learning & development projects as assigned
- Evaluate effectiveness of implementing learning and development strategies and projects/programs
- Research the latest learning and development methods
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a recognized university degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management, Political Science, Psychology or other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project/program management
