Job Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop training plans through succession and individual development plan
• Implement training programs together with head of functions
• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
• Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
• Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
• Manage training budget

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
• 8-years of experience in human capital or relevant field.
• Good command in English
• Systematic project management skills
• Have ability to do and analyze the data, develop template, and data integrated platform
• Good MS-Office skills
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Positive working attitude
