• Plan / supervise construction activities and coordinate various aspects of project construction
• including inspections (Client), E&I pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Manage resources utilization including materials, tools, equipment, subcontractor, and
• vendor.
• Measures and reports the works carried out in accordance with the approved plan and work package.
• Preparation and Implantation procedure, CWP / WI, JSA and Project Rick Assessment
• and related documents.
• Preparation & control budget, estimate cost and schedules (bidding stage).

• Bachelor Degree of Electrical or Instrumentation engineering
• At least 5-year experiences in onshore Oil and Gas industry as E&I Construction Engineer or
• Commissioning Engineer Expert Offshore working.
• Good communication skills in English writing and speaking.
• Physical Ability of Good Health, Fit for work
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
