Create service communication & Marketing strategy
Develop a service communication strategy, concept idea, set up effective media channel, digital marketing and PR against target audience, and make a communication timeline
Prepare guideline for creative design, material content for each channel and artwork, term and condition and co-work with team to set up an operation.
Co-work for related department for launch a communication all channels.
Monitoring a media performance and result tracking.
Service communication for Sales (sales talk)
Create a content for PC to use a service as of reason to buy
Co-work with retail team to live a training contents, Offline training for PC
Create a monitoring tool, motivation program to monitoring effective of sales talk.
Emotional service to build service brand engagement, PTO.
Create an activity at touch point or target audience to gain customer engagement of customer service and Brand PTO index.
Create a SOP in each campaign and provide for campaign readiness.
Roll out the service campaign.
Campaign performance tracking and summary
Gain insight and assess against goals.
Build a strategy relationships and partner with key players, agency for co-branding communication.
Co-work with partner, related department for marketing communication collaboration
Support for internal service commination.
Centralize offline and online media at service centre
Create a standard guideline for POSM at service centre.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience working with a service provider in Tech companies or FMCG, if there any background as an event agency is a plus
- Result oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, enjoys strategic thinking as well as tactical execution
