Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
- To be responsible for master data of sell-in price, order operation and process workflow.
- Support BU teams (including PM, Marketing, Sales, CNO), ensuring they understand price structure and have the information and tools they need to make decisions.
- Proactively work with BU teams (including PM, Marketing, Sales, CNO) to ensure sell-in price are done timely before sales period and business run smoothly.
- To ensure business activities in sell-in pricing scope are complied with TSE-S price guideline and structure.
- To ensure TSE-S price guideline is up-to-date and ensure every related team across management support and BU (including PM, Marketing, Sales, CNO) are well acknowledged and followed.
- To be a data center of team, reporting and analysis in scope of sales order operation and sell-in pricing.
- Being a key user of sell-in pricing and support on sell-in pricing training to users within organization.
- Support on Innovations and projects of team and cross-functions.
Skills and Qualifications
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Critical
Solid technical/ functional knowledge in pricing master and data management. BBA or Bachelor degree in IT, science, information technology from reputable university 3-5 relevant work experiences in master data management, pricing, preferably FMCG. Experience in business case and project analysis. Experience in analysis effectiveness of pricing analysis. Strong analytical and logical skill. Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly on Excel, VBA is strongly advantage. Good written and spoken English Exceptional ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on priorities Strong communication skills, able to influence management
