The successful candidate will be the one who conducting full lifecycle data analysis starting from acquire primary or secondary data from different data sources (e.g. GFK official report, GSCM, MCS, MCS Pro, ASAP, SSK, Surveys from Field Force or partners) and turn big data into information, information into insight and insight to business decisions. Find an efficient way and approach to uplift quality and accuracy of information in order to forecast the future trend or expected outcome from past record/actual data.

Rôle et Responsabilités

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (e.g. GFK official report, GSCM, MCS, MCS Pro, ASAP, SSK, Surveys from Field Force or partners) and maintain database / data system
• Develop and implement database, data collection method, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing report (e.g. GFK comparison report, Weekly Market Share Report, Monthly Market Share Report, Market Share Dashboard, Market Share Summary & Analysis)
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns from dataset.
• Pinpoint key insight from the findings (e.g. Competitors' update, Market Movement, Market Feedback) and turn into action plan or management report to present to management for decision making processes.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate or define new data collection and analysis process
• Ad-hoc request from Management e.g. Market Share Forecast

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in data models and reporting packages preferably having experience in Mobile industry
• Bachelor and Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management, Statistics, Economics
• Excellent communication, presentation and well-organized skills
• Strong numerical, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Computer literacy in term of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Strong mediating, problem-solving, and improvisation skills
• Ability to work under high pressure, manage complex, competing priorities and time line
