system to Improve repair standards to comply with HQ strategy. Consult support to Engineer & installer in case of hard repair or issue related to product quality.
[Repair Infra Improvement]
Implementing Standard jigs & Tools for Commercial Electronic Products & Installation process, and providing installation & product maintenance standards to the technical service team
[Involvement to product AC installation]
Supporting AC community project for training and Qualification assuring for Samsung installer investigation to reduce market installation defect; including undertaking new installations, major and minor repair works consulting support & onsite service.
[Training /Tech Skill Improvement]
Supporting Technical Training to Installer & Engineer for home appliance product in terms of deploying the competency road-map training to installer & Engineer.
[Market defect monitoring]
Supporting market defect issue escalation to HQ & Factory. Market visiting & Reporting worst model & Symptom with the defective sample to Global Business Management (GBM) at HQ & Factory Rework support for new product quality issues.
[Technical Consult support]
Consult supporting AC Installer & Engineer remotely via Call, Conference, Live chat & internal service system (GSPN) for Q&A and take a pro – active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
[Support Creating Certified AC Installer]
Collaborating with Thai government; Department of skill Development to create and certify Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service and installation, also encourage and assist in the development of trainees and junior engineers.


Role and Responsibilities

Job Qualification

1. 7-10 years' experience servicing on AC and Refrigeration systems.

2. 3-5 years' experience in AC service Training

3. Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Certified trainer is a plus.

4. Great customer service skills.

5. A good knowledge of Health & Safety standards.

6. Communication in both Thai and English – able to effectively communicate in a professional, diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful manner using preferred method and level as applicable to the job.

7. Team Orientation & Interpersonal – highly motivated team player with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.

8. Results Orientation – proven ability to set and exceed established targets.

9. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

10. Organization & Time Management – able to plan, schedule, organize, and follow up on tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.
