Assistant Vice President (AVP)
ที่บริษัท โอไรอ้อน แอ๊ดไวเซอรี่ จำกัด- Assist team leader to execute assigned transaction
- Be main contact person to coordinate with clients and related parties
- Analyze business, key drivers, and financial status of assigned company, perform financial analysis, and construct/review financial model
- Prepare necessary important documentations related to assigned transactions e.g. investment memorandum, SET disclosure document, report and/or presentation to client, etc.
- Perform due diligence, research, and analysis of transactions
- Guide and train junior staff on Investment Banking related skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- More than 3 years working experience in investment banking or related fields
- Good analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good understanding of related SEC/SET rules and regulations
- Ability to comfortably interact with clients and management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous project deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and have teamwork mindset to develop team
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive with high level of integrity
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information and ideas internally within the team and externally to clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Any professional certification (e.g., FA from SEC, CFA, CPA, etc.) is preferable but not required
