The successful candidate will work closely with the company's experienced executives and other highly-talented individuals. The responsibilities are classified into 5 major objectives: Construction monitoring Preventive maintenance programs Daily operations Property enhancement Publication support

The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the company's experienced executives, either in operations, finance&accounting or other related businesses, with the opportunity to progress to a management position. The successful candidate will have top responsibilities and the opportunities to make a valuable contribution.

• The candidate will have full responsibility on our buildings/properties. The candidate will make them functional, safe and comfortable concerning with the planning, design, construction, operation, renovation, and maintenance including their impacts on the surrounding environment. Building/property functions include but not limited to:
• Energy supply - gas , electricity and renewable sources
• Air conditioning Water, waste water, drainage and plumbing
• Natural and artificial lighting, and building facades
• Escalators and lifts
• Ventilation and refrigeration
• Communication lines, telephones and IT networks
• Security and alarm systems
• Fire detection and protection
• The candidate will explore all phases during the life cycle of our buildings and develop a model of the buildings as advanced technological systems. The candidate will identify problems and find appropriate solutions to improvethe performance of the buildings in areas such as:
• Energy efficiency, lighting and acoustics;
• Indoor air quality;
• Construction monitoring and management;
• HVAC and control systems;
• Advanced building materials and building envelope;
• Wind effects on buildings and computer-aided design.

• A few years work experience or newly graduated with a good academic record and Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline.
• Energetic, self-organized and self-motivated with strong managerial skills.
• Remarkable problem solving skills, especially in technical supports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, preferably Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Microsoft Project.
