POEM Global Limited (POEM) is a joint venture company of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand and Prospect Group of Companies. POEM's businesses are in property development and space management. Poem develops and manage retail space, office space, residential space, storage space, working space, meeting space and many other types of space under the company's current expansion plans.

• The Group Business Development Officer will work on cutting edge property projects and expansion plans that drive POEM's businesses. He/she will take ownership and take on each project throughout its life cycle.
• The projects and expansion plans at POEM are involve a wide variety of business disciplines including finance and management. The Group Business Development Officer will be versatile and adapt to changing nature of work in each step, in order to push each project forward as quickly as possible.

• Newly graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences and Mathematics is welcomed.
• Good English communication skills are preferred. Fluent in speaking and writing Thai.
• Energetic, self-organized and self-motivated with strong leadership abilities.
• Hardworking, honest, possessing an open and communicative management style, good follow-up abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Sufficiently mature to be committed to teamwork and transparency and to credibly represent the organization in the business community.
