The candidate will have full responsibility on our buildings/properties to make them functional, safe and comfortable by awareness of good planning, design, construction, operation, renovation, and maintenance including their impacts on the surrounding environment. As we described earlier, building/property functions have to responsible (but not be limited) for:

• Energy supply - gas , electricity and renewable sources
• Air conditioning
• Water, waste water, drainage and plumbing
• Natural and artificial lighting, and building facades
• Escalators and lifts
• Ventilation and refrigeration
• Communication lines, telephones and IT networks
• Security and alarm systems
• Fire detection and protection

The candidate will observe all phases during the life cycle of our buildings and develop a model of the buildings as advanced technological systems. In addition, identification of problems and finding appropriate solutions to improve the performance of the buildings in areas are also crucial, as the details shown below:

• Energy efficiency, lighting and acoustics;
• Indoor air quality;
• Construction monitoring and management;
• HVAC and control systems;
• Advanced building materials and building envelope;
• Wind effects on buildings and computer-aided design.

• A few years work experience with a good academic record and bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
• Energetic, self-organized and self-motivated with strong managerial skills.
