What do we do? EGG Digital provides retail management solution and mobile technology services to comprehensively meet the need of retail and SME. From analyzing the business requirements to implement and recommend the proper solution that helps seamless business & customer journey across all touch points to create an effective O2O ecosystem.

• Lead to deliver innovative product features to meet the needs of the users, deliver great customer experience, improve service efficiency with quality and fast time to market.
• Develop an understanding of the business priorities and objectives and identify marketing and business opportunities to achieve business growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you collaboratively provide for the company's short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct customer research where required to gain an understanding of customers' needs as well as the understanding of market landscape and competition
• Work with product team to build product roadmaps to meet customers' needs to gain a competitive advantage over rival website and apps
• Build the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and to create commercial and marketing partnership
• Have end-to-end responsibility for key business development and marketing initiatives from ideation to execution
• Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on the budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives.

• Degree in Computer engineering, marketing, MBA or a similar field
• At least 2-year experience in product design, product development or relevant role
• Good problem solving and analytic skills
• Understanding of product management and development process
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills with additional analytical/database software/language a plus (e.g., MS Access, Tableau, SQL, ACL).
• Understanding and experience in e-commerce, CRM or POS business is a plus
