We are currently looking for a candidate who can manage and coach our FB team to contribute and drive our fintech business to growth in the highly competitive market. As the leader of the Social Media team, you will work with many online specialists to find the solution on how to drive better performance (app download, customer retention, etc.). And, you may collaborate with a cross-functional team of Marketing and Website/ App developer on solving specific issues or problem.

As leader of the team, you have to monitor the performance of the campaigns, coach and achieves assigned KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring

   • Ensure marketing initiatives have clear and defined KPI's that can help achieve business goals.
   • Assess the efficiency of marketing spends and ROI while ensuring KPIs achievement and excellent execution.
   • Define relevant project milestones and performance effectiveness.
   • Monitor and track all marketing initiatives.
   • Ensure timely reporting of marketing results to the management.
   • Manage and coach the team

2. Train and coach a team of specialists.

   • Be the representative of Digital Marketing with the Business Leaders (gather business requirements and objective, brief digital team and execute Digital campaigns).
   • Analyze results, help the team refine and calibrate campaign strategies and execution of activities.
   • Strong understanding of bidding techniques.
   • Ability to navigate, schedule or generate reports quickly.
   • Ability to multi-task and Prioritize projects.

• 5 years in FB advertising management.
• Logical, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to details.
• A "doer" who gets things done in a timely manner.
• Team player and a coach with high affinity to lead and develop teams.
• Fast learner who can proactively assess cost-benefit relationships.
• Highly committed with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• 4 Year work experience.

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Excellent command of English (Write, Speak, Read and Listen).
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Hard working and can work under pleasure.
• Positive thinking to drive a team.
• Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Having knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Having basic coding on Facebook API, Javascript, PHP, SQL, and HTML would have a strong advantage.
