Cloud Service Engineer
ที่บริษัท แอสเซนด์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด- Developing and tracking detailed service delivery work plans for the customer using earned value analysis
- Lead service management and delivery for Cloud Managed Service
- Working with sales professionals to identify, shape and propose Cloud Managed Service catalogue to business opportunities.
- Preparing Cloud Managed Service proposals to support the sales process
- Identifying and obtaining resources for Cloud Managed Service project
- Preparing and running kick off meetings to initiate a project
- Establishing process to manage scope and requirements for a project
- Establishing governance processes to inform and receive support of both internal and external project and executive leadership
- Establishing and running services status meetings with the customer
- Establishing service performance management process for the project team
- Balancing the service needs of the customer, business and team.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System, or related IT fields.
- 5 years of project management experience with increasingly diverse or complex experience
- Hold ITIL V3 foundation certification
- Consulting and service management expertise for designing and delivering multiple, complex cloud solutions projects that result in the accomplishment of overall business objectives. Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures
- Strong understanding of key Project Management disciplines (estimating, work planning, contract management, scope management, user acceptance, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of delivery methodologies (Microsoft Solutions Framework -MSF or Project Delivery Methods)
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written skills with proven ability to lead discussions with senior executives and develop project plans, status reports, documentation and presentations
- Exceptional customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, credibility, and character
- Experience managing projects that deploy any cloud technology solutions or other relevant technologies including:
- Cloud Services Management
- Cloud architectures and strategy (public, private, and hybrid)
- Application architecture
- Enterprise Architecture
- Active Directory Architecture and Migrations
- Server and Platform Migrations
- Private or Public Cloud Implementation
- Must be able to travel, potentially up to 80% of the time
- Plus: Holding AWS SysOps Certification – Associate Level
