Sansiri is looking for a Business Insight Analyst that will develop the analytics and reporting capability to meet organization's current and future business analytics needs. This person will work with stakeholders to develop solutions for operational reports and analytical dashboard mainly on CRM. Moreover, this person will work with data team to gradually turn all employee into a data-driven organization.

• Perform high-quality, accurate reporting/data analyses for various stakeholders focusing on CRM and Marketing enhancement
• Expertly extract, cleanse, and package data sets from various customer and marketing databases for the purpose of analytical insight
• Develop a strong understanding of the data source and reporting systems and databases, and associated data relationships
• Become the data steward for assuring integrity & quality in the definition and production of data
• Maintain proactive and responsive communications with leadership and stakeholders
• Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement

• Experience in CRM application at least 2 years (Ex. SAP CRM, salesforce, Siebel etc)
• Experience in SQL programming at least 2 years
• Experience in data visualization life cycles including reports or analytical dashboard
• Experience using business intelligence tools such Tableau, Business Objects, or Qlink, a plus
• Good understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• Strong project management skills and ability to quickly react to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong team player with high aptitude, problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to learn and have a passion with data
• A master Degree in any fields with 1-2 year experience, or a bachelor degree with 3-4 year experience in the related fields.
