Supervisor, Product Performance Analysis & Reporting
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities:
- Define testing plan, Lead reporting and analysis of performance test results for finished goods and raw materials for normal NPI
- Coordinate between lab and other departments for any testing request.
- Assist to review performance testing method including acceptance criteria to reflect the consumer behavior (based on customer insight) together with RMA history
- Assist to study & initiate the new test to fulfil the requirement as per design intent
- Assist to develop and keep updated Testing procedures and acceptance criteria to guarantee product compliance and conformance
- Lead reporting and analysis of performance test results for finished goods.
- Handle wearing test activity including the reporting and analysis of wearing test
- Endorse new innovations from I&PD; ensure quality aspect is taken into consideration.
- Support to define and standardize test procedures and acceptance criteria
- Define and Standardize Test procedures and Acceptance criteria
- Support with testing data to improve the weakness area of product concept/design
- Ensure adherence of regulatory compliance and quality standard for products
- Create a record of testing standards and metrics. Ensure these are kept up to date Escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Engineering, Science,Gemologist, Physic, Chemistry, Industrial,Mutallurgy field
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development
- Experience of jewelry is preferred.
- Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external department
- Have multifunctional skill and problem-solving skill
- Honest & Have teamwork
- Lab testing skill
- Proactive
- Fluent in English
