Supervisor, Contract Manufacturing Order Management
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResposibilities;
- Ensure production and business receives right security support and coverage
- Execute tasks in accordance to the direction set by central security
- Monitor and control outsourced security contractor operations & performance to ensure compliance to SLAs; provide feedback to centralize security
- Respond to emergency situations according to procedure (i.e., fire, strike & protest, theft, threats)
- Execute security patrol and report the risk and recommendation to Supervisor, Security coordinator
- Conduct security trainings for employees and contractors and security outsources
- Summarize security reports such security guard KPIs, security incident and/or relation to security operations
- Support fraud / security breach case investigations in conjunction with HR (employee relations) and local security coordinator; provide evidence using security systems
Qualifications;
- Bachelor Degree of Human resources, Political Science, Law, Business Management or related fields
- Experience in Physical security management in manufacturing environment with minimum 2 years or relevant experiences
- Plus experience in security outsource management or investigation will be advantage
- Knowledge of Security contract management
- Knowledge of Security system, tools and equipment
- Good Leadership, negotiation, teamwork, facilitation, evaluation and communication skills
- Good skill to Incident management & emergency response is required
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Is an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
- Good skill to Human resource management; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
