Supervisor, Contract Manufacturing Order Management
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัด- Create supply plan & forecast for Contract Manufacturers by engaging and liasing with Master Planning, Group Supply Chain and other related teams for inputs
- Revise/Monitor & Share supply plan with internal and external stakeholders to ensure plan adherence and escalate exceptions/potential issues where necessary
- Master data maintenance related to planning and reporting accuracy such as AVL, buyer groups, manufacturer's lead time and holiday maintenance in related systems
- Periodic and Ad-hoc reporting related to FROT (Fill rate on time), lead time, back orders, plan vs actual, order allocation to each manufacturer etc
- Represent contract manufacturing teams in cross functional forums as short term, medium term and long term planning meetings to ensure any constraints or opportunities from contract manufacturers are taken into consideration in the master plan
