Strategic results: Drive strategic projects for the Supply Chain team and align resources to deliver key functional objectives in alignment with strategic goals in PANDORA and PPT
Best-in-class: Develop, oversee and drive continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain to become best-in-class, results-driven and capable function in the Jewelry industry

KEY OBJECTIVES
- Drive strategic projects, create stakeholder buy-in, analyse data and performance, identify issues and proposed solutions using quantitative methods.
- Support the Supply Chain function with fact-based analysis and process insights
- Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Master Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics & Warehouse
- Drive best practices across all functions and drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain across all sub-functions
KEY DUTIES
- Sparring, information gathering and project management as well as helping to facilitate structures that allow for faster and more simple execution and organizational management
- Improve and monitor procedures, guidelines, and best practices in all areas across supply chain and collaborate with sub-function to update procedures and guidelines.
- Challenge status quo
- Maintain and update best practices, tools and systems for all functions of supply chain – Master Planning, Scheduling, Materials Management, Logistics & Warehouse, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing
PIVOTAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years of experience working within the Supply Chain area is required
- Background in project management in Supply Chain, finance or manufacturing and operations is required
- Proven record working with management or executive management to gain the alignment and decisions is required
- Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity is required
- Adaptability to implement change initiatives quickly and proactively, providing guidance to others in meeting changing needs
- Working under pressure of time and workload
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentations skills
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard and willing to change
- Ability to think holistically without losing eye on the details
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver high quality results while handling both volume and complexity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
- Gaining alignment within the organization and manage disagreements
- A strong understanding of supply chain systems and processes
