Senior Manager, Circularity Crafting & Supply
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities;
- Support the implementation on Pandora's product circularity ambitions including on product design and innovation, and materials selection
- Collaborate with Innovation & Product Development and Creative Sourcing teams on product design and material selection including supplier assessments
- Closely manage roadmaps to integrate outlined strategic initiatives on material specific circular approaches into practical business applications catering to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement a waste management strategy in manufacturing with a view to reduce, reuse and recycle manufacturing waste
- Engage with commercial teams and Corporate Sustainability on foreseeable business trends to identify core materials with potential to apply the Circular Innovation approach
- Collaborate effectively and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as suppliers to support their transition into a Circular Innovation approach
- Support integrating new technologies and materials in support of Circular Innovation into mass scale production
Qualifications;
- Masters' degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or other relevant disciplines preferred
- Certificate or relevant qualifications in environmental and social governance (e.g., ISO 14001- environment management systems)
- 7+ years of relevant operational experience in two or more of the following areas: product design, materials selection, waste management, manufacturing, and supply chain sustainability, either in consulting or, preferably, in-house roles
- Demonstrated success driving strategy, implementation, and concrete results
- Solid grasp of circularity, waste management, climate, and responsible sourcing, as well as associated standards and methodologies such as LCAs
- Demonstrated experience working with international teams
- Ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
- Professional proficiency in English, both in understanding speaking and writing Thai language proficiency ideal, but not required
- Experience working in the fast-moving consumer products industry
- Experience engaging with stakeholders such as suppliers, NGOs, and other organizations
