Manager, Process Engineer (BB)
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดKey Objectives:
- Coordinate with Quallity to implement short and long term actions improving/eliminating quality issue.
- Oversee daily task that requested from requestor.
- Drive Process Engineer team to be able to support the request from production across the areas, for production to deliver product on time with quality.
- Streamline communication and alignment between PEx, I&PD, quality, FM and production, as well as deloyment of the best practices across production units.
Key Duties:
- Working with plant production to focus on process control.
- Running Defect Resolution daily meeting for production to submit quality issue for discussion and guide for the suitable and right actions.
- Support production by providing problem investigation, data analysis and determining corrective solution (both short term and long term).
- Ensure manufacturing processes, parameters and procedures are accurate.
- Involving new product development team (SOV - D-Phase) to help on problem solving/trouble shooting to ensure transition to mass production as well connected.
- Continue looking for the new way to reduce process variations, tweaking existing design , tools, materials and method for production having better performance.
- working collaboratively with Engineer-CI (continuous improvement) and Tooling team for the best support to requestor.
