Manager, Process & Data Analytics
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResposibilities;
- Co-create, maintain and continue improve the innovation process with global team
- Setting up the KPIs for innovation, design the tracking and data goverance around it as well as report out on the result
- Coordinate with IT team to drive the digital agenda
- Budget preparation and suggestion based on CAPEX/OPEX YTD
- Prepare application usage guidelines and communicate with users on the application implementation
- Provide the data insight to conduct internal and external process improvement for innovation
- Supporting the Innovation related project that link with digital team
Qualifications;
- Master or higher in data science, data analysis, process engineering oy related fields,
- Minimum 5 years experiene in Data Analyst, Business analyst,
- Minimum 2 years of expeiriene building and optimizing process and data sets,
- Have technical skills regarding data modeling, relational databases,
- Have experience with visualization tools,
- Good analytical skills, provide valuable insight using statistical methods,
- A creative problem solving approach and having a positive mindset,
- Good Collaboration skills and strategic thinking,
- Good command to Microsoft Office, most preferred MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- If skill to AX system, Power BI shall advantage,
- Fluent both English and Thai.
