Manager, Pre-Production Drop Planning (BB)
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities:
- Oversee creation of samples as required for Selection Workshop/ Product Trade Review, sell-in, etc. based on design brief and CAD design
- Develop a plan for supporting new DV production process
- Handover 'mass production-ready' process to Production
- Manage material and scrap under development phase
- Perform last minute capacity reallocation due to unexpected disruptions/ delays
- Oversee creation of 'Refreshed Design' samples for Selection Workshop/ Product Trade Review and all sell-in, green-tag and marketing samples based on design brief and CAD design
- Ensure on-time delivery of pre-production samples and seamless handover of 'mass production-ready' process to Production
- Ensure master data is captured and shared with GBU Relations team while maintaining BOM, standard time accuracy
- Oversee handover of 'mass production-ready' process to Production
- Manage cross-functional team to ensue drop collections aredelivered on time
- Coordinate with product development to ensure qualified product master and material is available for Pilot run
- Coordinate NPI stakeholder to provide effective and competenthandover to mass production.
- Coordinate with front line & Product engineer to verify process routing, process parameter, tools and working guideline.
- The result of verification is subjected to amendment of the process to ensure optimal process is provided to mass production.
- Coordinate with product engineer to provide DFM (design for manufacturing) collaboration.
- Coordinate with production to develop manufacturing capability andcapacity to align with drop collection outlook
Qualifications:
- Engineering, Management or related field.
- Dynamic environment of production requires attention and close monitor.
- Pre-Production Manager is supposed to visit shop floor on daily basis to meet up with team, visualize situation, communicate directly to targeted workgroups.
- Fluctuation of product complexity requires different manpower and multi skillsets of craftmen. Pre-Production needs to manage available resources to cope with that.
- Problem solving and decision making under limited timeframe and resources.
- Performance management and evaluation
- Knowledge of the various type of jewellery products.
- Communication proficiency
- Problem solving and decision making of key importance relation to merger and acquisition of data, process, knowledge to Production.
- Shop floor management.
