Manager, Health & Wellbeing
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities;
- Provide leadership for a comprehensive well-being program.
- Provide regular feedback to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Steering Group.
- Assess the health and fitness needs of workers by examining attendance records, workers' compensation claims and working with insurance providers. (Global versus Local).
- Use national or global statistics, to determine likely wellbeing problems among workers.
- Evaluate healthcare plans to ensure organizations is compliant with applicable health codes.
- Review and propose programs and budgets according to goals, including employee surveys where appropriate.
- Select best providers – live, virtual, local, global, inside, and outside company.
- Lead outreach and support selection of most appropriate marketing.
- Supervise staff charged with implementing various programs.
- Track results and progress of wellbeing program regarding appropriateness, effectiveness, quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Annually prepare management review in writing, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage wellbeing program budgets and assess company's ROI for each activity.
- Select wellbeing program Incentives or rewards in compliance with local regulations and company strategy.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field,
- Deep experience in developing Health & Wellbeing propositions,
- In-depth employees need with experience of working from large and/or global corporate,
- Significant experience of designing, implementing and presenting employees initiatives,
- Knowledge and experience of the employability sector and local labour market,
- Advanced data and analytical skills,
- Advanced relationship building and communication skills both internally and externally,
- Results driven and ability to drive forward change,
- Fluent in English and Microsoft Office.
