Manager, Engineering Management
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัด- Key objectives:
- Manage implementation of capital / engineering projects, coordinating with Finance teams on CAPEX planning & accounting and with strategic & transformation office on cross-functional projects
- Manage engineering projects and provide engineering assistance
- Key duties:
- Act as a PMO for functional capital projects (ie., HVAC & utility system changes, machine installations, small construction) and energy related projects; coordinating between production, procurement and logistics. Ensure a risk based approach throughout the project
- Set quality standards for projects and ensure quality projects are being handover
- Outline details for field installation and transition work plan
- Set equipment commissioning plan and procedures
- Coordinate with strategic & transformation office and relevant project stakeholders in providing technical / engineering expertise for cross-functional capital projects (ie., BB project, other large construction projects)
- Manage PPT energy systems to achieve global standard (ISO 50001, carbon emission) and adhere to laws
- Design policy and lead projects to reduce energy consumption
- Track and coordinate with Finance on CAPEX / OPEX planning, budgeting, business case, project accounting, and tax & BOI departments
- Coordinate with General Services Management for the permit & licenses for projects, as well as, the bidding and selection process of construction & engineering contractors
- Ensure compliance to applicable engineering and safety standards & requirements
- Oversee improvement and cost saving opportunities
- Record project issues and provide feedbacks to ensure continuous improvement for future projects
- Assess and mitigate risks involved; troubleshoot problems as they occur to meet deadline and budget
