Location: Gemopolis, Bangkok, Thailand

This role will coordinate with Global Business Unit Relation (GBU) team both in HQ and Thailand to plan and manage end-to-end process for Innovation & Product Development Division and related in manufacturing, oversee and manage new product development cost, deliver quality products to customers with low RMA and high customer NPS, manage and provide input on capacity allocation between GBU, product segments and innovation pipeline and ensuring product could move forward with feasible option / cost.

- Excellent communication skills and strong experience in dealing with business stakeholders - relatability to non-technical business users and technical resources, both globally and locally.
