Manager, Drop Management
ที่แพนดอร่า โพรดักชั่น จำกัดResponsibilities:
- Coordinate with the production department and related departments for experimental work from the beginning of the process until the finished product is produced
- Control and monitor trial work to ensure that it is timely requirements and goals
- Prepare an testing report to analyze and propose solutions to problems and improve the production process
- Prepare a workshop and Handover to transfer technical knowledge to the team and the production department
- Responsible for alternative material development (Plastic, stamping, CNC parts)
- Drawing, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Production or related field
- Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in Engineering, manufacturing, production, process engineer position.
- Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management, change management, and advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
- Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office.
- Good of both written and spoken English.
