Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEm, marketing database, email,  social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPI)
• Identify trend and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion rate.
• Collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to –end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vender partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism/Media, Communications or any other related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience working with online social networks and producing creative content in support of marketing initiatives.
• Qualitative results using the following social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, FourSquare, and LinkedIn.
• Be optimistic, positive thinking, imaginative, proven leadership skills and eager to learn
• Good command of English.
