Mission: Ensure all production machines are ready to use.

• Follow up PM plan to maintain all machines and ensure they are in good condition and ready to use in each shift.
• Train, Supervise and Evaluate all subordinates in shift together with Maintenance Engineer in each shift.
• Ensure all subordinates in each shift following the rules and safety standard, LOTO.
• Create the technicians shift schedule for support the production department in each shift.
• Carry out, follow up and evaluate the corrective and preventive maintenance results, including daily jobs order for repair and activities in each shift.
• Lead as emergency response team lead or commander depended on situations in Night shift and in day shift of holiday for not has Maint. engineer.
• Encourage to all subordinates of shift to join the company activities.
• Following the company policy and 5's in the response area.
• Check and approval for all attendance of subordinate in each shift.
• Check and approval for over time request of subordinate for support PM & Project request in each shift.
• Ensure all contractors respect the company policies.
• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS1800, etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.
• Perform the jobs as assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics etc.
• At least 3 years of experiences in maintenance, mechanical, preventative maintenance or any related functions
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work in shift (both day and night shift)
• working days and 2 days off
