Job Description

• Responsible for daily sales activities including dealing with potential leads.
• Implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target & profit objectives.
• Communicate with customers by social media.
• Approach to the target customers by phone or email introduction to set an appointment for sales pitching session.
• Explain products and prices, include answer questions from customers.
• Maintains relationships with potential and existing leads by providing support, information, and guidance.

Job Specification

• Thai or Chinese nationals
• Excellent communication skills in Thai, English and Chinese
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1-3 years’ experiences in Telesales / Sales Representatives
• Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for a developer is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales
• Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude\
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand
