This job requires a Sales and Marketing skill. 80% of jobs will entailed Account Executive scope type of Role while 20% will lead marketing activation task. The person who has an agency background and aggressive sales experience is our top preference. Personality and skill of Salesmanship are strongly required and a must.

• Sponsorship selling and maintain the activation with the current sponsors
• Analyze market circumstances to formulate the marketing strategy, to forecast and plan sales plan which is conform to company's policy and target.
• Supervise and develop Sales Teams to manage customer's requirements, in order to achieve sales targets set by company
• Develop and execute the marketing master plan including:
• Provide strategic thinking, and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the brand including market expansion, product development, packaging, communication, media, PR, etc.
• Execute and follow up marketing programs according to master plan of marketing.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.
• Coordinate with cross functional team to drive market growth through new product launch or new business development
• Ensure all content promotion activities are delivered compelling content throughout all stages of the customer life-cycle, including campaign evaluation and ROI
• Develop good relationship with key assigned partnership to maintain the business relationship.
• Drive sale and goal marketing plan
• Strengthen business relationship with key account and Coordinate with them to supporting customer requirement

• Age not over 35 years
• A minimum of 4-8 years experience, preferably the Media Agency industry and Entertainment & FMCG business
• This position is required "Growth Hacker & salesmanship " to have experiences in low cost alternative marketing
