  • Executing M&A transactions and investment projects
  • Identifying key levers to define opportunities to enhance the business
  • Working alongside business head to develop and execute strategic projects

  • Serves as key contact point in project team assisting and coordinating among parties
  • Identifies tasks and steps to be taken to assess an investment opportunity
  • Oversees financial analysis and financial modelling
  • Leads transaction execution
