Planning, guiding, tracking and controlling projects according to time and budget.

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Analyze the event's success and prepare reports
• Report and escalate to Customer
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate all operations
• Lead promotional activities for the event
• Supervise all Partner

• Male / Female Thai Nationality, age 24 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• Experience in Project Management, IT/Technology Service Operations and Event Management would be an advantaged.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
