Job Description

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

• Responsible for ensuring the on time delivery of customer orders from the National Distribution Centre to business customers across Thailand
• Managing both internal and external relationships including third party logistic providers and overseas management.
• Managing an internal delivery fleet of drivers and vehicles operating from two locations: Samutprakan and Sriracha
• Maintaining and encouraging teamwork and people relations within own department and cross functions.
• Working with sales and marketing teams to ensure that the needs to customers are being met and supporting the growth strategy of the company
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with Lyreco delivery standard.
• Developing and implementing a medium and long strategy to achieve performance and cost targets.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics or equivalent
• Experience in logistics and deliveries at managerial level for at least 5 years
• Track record of leading a large team, with superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Experience of managing an inhouse delivery fleet as well as 3PLs would be an advantage
• Pragmatic, analytic, and good numeric skills – comfortable in dealing with data.
• Good English and computer literate
