As sales support, you will assist the sales team by managing administrative processes and facilitating sales. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage sales records, such as spreadsheets, to keep track of sales target and sales status and identify needed changes in order to optimize stages in the sales process
• Monitor client accounts and manage correspondence between the sales team and clients
• Coordinate with other departments to identify procedural issues, develop solutions and ensure client requirements are met
• Assist sales in finding, approaching and contacting leads
• Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements, as applicable to the team's needs
• Contribute to overall growth by researching sales trends and updates, and strategically incorporating them in the sales pipeline and management
• Coordinate both internally and externally to issue related-documents and following up on processes including but not limited to internal memorandum, document approval, and quotation.
