About the company and the role:
The Wood Substitute Business Group is one of main business units of Mitr Phol Group. It operates under the name of Panel Plus Co Ltd, a leading company producing particle board, medium density fiber board (MDF) and melamine faced panels which are substituted materials for natural wood by using high technology and professional management. The company is a well-recognized wood replacement manufactures in Asia serving the needs of both domestic and export markets (Company's website). 

We're looking for a professional Finance & Accounting Manager, to be based in our Hat Yai plant. The person is responsible for directing, overseeing, managing financial and admins tasks at plant.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage finance & accounting operations, ensuring compliance to accounting standard.
• Control, monitor, and manage the preparation of plant's financial planning, budgeting, controlling, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Control, monitor, and oversee manufacturing and operational cost to ensure efficiency and efficacy.
• Manage the operation of plant administration function.
• Strengthen relationship with surrounding communities, officials, clients.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to operational standard and ISOs.

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor degree in accounting, or finance.
• Solid experience in finance and accounting function in manufacturing setting (BOI preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial position.
• Strong leadership, managerial, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Business fluency in English.
